Christine Lanners joined the Dallas City Attorney's Office in 1997. Her practice focuses on advising the Park and Recreation Department on various issues and concerns relating to park land, outside contractors, and interdepartmental concerns. In addition, she prepares and reviews development agreements, construction contracts, and agreements with other governmental entities, professional service contracts, engineering contracts, architect contracts, management contracts, use agreements, and supplemental agreements to those contracts. She also provides legal advice and opinions to the Park and Recreation Board.
