Northeast Community Prosecutor

Trent joined the Dallas City Attorney’s Office in 2016 and currently serves as a Northeast Community Prosecutor. Trent received his law degree from Texas A&M School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. Prior to joining the CAO, he worked for a local telecommunications company. Before law school Trent served six years as an Army Infantry officer, completing two tours in Iraq. Trent currently serves as a Captain in the Texas Army National Guard. Trent is heavily involved with his local community serving on the boards of the Lewisville ISD Education Foundation and Mosaic in Dallas. He is also a member of the Carrollton Farmers Branch Rotary Club and City of Carrollton Capital Improvements Plan Advisory Commission. Trent is a 2016 graduate of the Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce Leadership Series.
