Mark joined the Dallas City Attorney's office in September 2008.  His practice focuses on bankruptcy and collection of funds due the City of Dallas. These subjects include collection of amounts due for hotel occupancy tax, City landfill accounts, Dept. of Water Utilities accounts, licensing fees, and collection of judgments.
