Kelsey joined the Dallas City Attorney’s Office in 2011 and currently serves as the North Central Division Community Prosecutor. Kelsey received her law degree from the George Washington University and her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas where she was a Eugene McDermott scholar. Prior to joining the CAO, she worked as an attorney specializing in litigation at a medical malpractice law firm. Kelsey is a proficient French speaker
